I have had this vacuum for almost a year it works well on carpet and hard floors. Is the best vacuum for pet hair. It has many attachments I thought I would never use, but have started using and like them a lot. My floors are notaciably cleaner than with my other vacuum a dirt devil. I have recommended it to others with pets and they like it too.
