hello mr fossil, just wnt to share my experienced regardinmg to ur brnd, before the day of my wedding i decided to buy a watch which is a fossil brand. i choose the brand for its quality, cost is very much affordable. so to make the story short i bought the items at sm department store which the sales lady told me that there is a warranty, replacement within 7 days, but after the wedding i was shocked for what i have discovered that one of the luminus of the said item was was remove for its origanal. so i came back to the said store to complain of course, i told them i wnt to replace the item becuase its only 4 days when i bought it but they refused to replace. so i decided to refund the money and they agreed so the money was back to me but my point is that ur brand doesnt satify my needs. im expecting on ur brnd but i was disappointed. thank u so much for the time.

I got the Bentley Black as a birtday gift and was really thrilled to see the design and looks. But so help me God - the instruction "manual" is on microfiche and the setting of the Chronograph impossible. If the gift wasnt from my daughter I would have sent it right back where it belongs - IN A DISPLAY CASE AT MACY'S!!!! Oh well! Time to go back to Casio!
